What we collect
- Information you give us: your email address and, if you choose, your first name, ZIP code, how you'd use Heat-Aid™, and any survey answers.
- Information collected automatically: basic usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and referring site. If we run ads, we may use advertising tools such as the Meta Pixel, which use cookies or similar technology to measure ad results.

- To measure and improve our ads and website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the waitlist, such as our form provider, email service, website host, and advertising platforms, and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
- Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out any time.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us below.
- You can limit cookies through your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
Data retention and security
We keep waitlist information while the Heat-Aid™ project is active or until you ask us to delete it. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no online service is perfectly secure.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
U.S. only
The waitlist is intended for people in the United States.

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
